Penthouse & Executive Suites Upon arrival, the Penthouse & Executive Suite lounges which also have dining areas lend their warm and refined touch preparing the guest for his wonderful stay. Citronelle (Lemon Grass) – We have planted some around the hotel as a deterrent for mosquitoes, but we also serve it as a refreshing and healthy tea at the Bar.
Conference Rooms – We have The Board Room (max. 16 persons), The Meeting room (max 24 persons) and The Conference Room at the first floor, (max 100 persons). In addition there are two large terraces at the second and third floor respectively and both may be used for Cocktail Parties or Receptions. Please ask our Banqueting Manager for details.

Cuisine – We offer international dishes as well as Ghanaian and other African Specialities.
Currency – The local currency is the cedi. The largest note is a ¢500,000 note (old cedi). The new currency has much smaller notes i.e.: ¢10,000 changes to ¢1.00 and ¢1000 to Gp10
Diet – Should you require a special diet please let us know so that our Executive Chef can arrange it.

Doctor – In case of emergency we have a doctor on call 24 hrs every day.
Dress Code (Restaurant & Bar) – We do not have a strict dress code. Smart casual business prefered.
Driving – Should you hire a car without driver, please be careful. There is very intense traffic in Ghana and some drivers seem to have their own rules!

Duty Manager – On a daily basis a team acts as Duty Manager. In case of emergencies or queries kindly contact reception.
E-Lounge – This business centre is situated next to the reception. We have 6 computers available for our guests and offer secretarial services as well.

Energy / Electricity – In case of power cuts, there are 2 stand-by generators.

Fitness Room – The fitness room is located on the first floor and is equipped with a variety of machines. Our fitness instructor have designed fitness programs for you to stay fit and healthy. Opening times: Mon - Sun 7.00hrs – 21.00hrs.
Fire – In the unlikely case of a fire outbreak please follow the instructions which are placed at the door in your room. The hotel has installed and placed all necessary equipment like: Smoke Detectors, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Hose, Fire Break Glass and a Fire Location Panel. There are 3 Fire Escape Routes in the hotel. So, please donªt panic!

Harmattan – This is a strange climatic situation in West Africa (usually beginning in December until the end of February). Extremely fine dust is blown from the Sahara which rests everywhere and gives the country a slightly dusty grey appearance.
